Campaigns
Understand campaigns and approval queues
Inspect campaign structure and safely review, approve, or reject individual queued actions.
Campaigns, steps, and actions
A campaign describes the outreach program. Ordered steps describe its sequence. Campaign actions are the per-recipient units that move through queued, awaiting approval, approved, executing, uncertain, sent, failed, cancelled, or rejected states.
Review before approval
- List only awaiting-approval actions for the intended campaign.
- Inspect recipient context, action type, and exact generated text.
- Edit unsupported claims before approval.
- Confirm exact action IDs individually; a summary acknowledgement is not blanket approval.
State can change while you review
An approval only succeeds while the action is still awaiting approval. A conflict means the item changed; refresh it instead of retrying stale instructions. Uncertain and executing states must never be rewound by an old approval.
Two-step agent prompt
text
First list up to 10 pending actions for campaign <CAMPAIGN_ID> with exact text. Do not approve. After I choose IDs, restate each action and ask for explicit confirmation before handling them one at a time.
