Terms of Service

1. About Coldvio

Coldvio is a LinkedIn content publishing and outreach platform provided by Coldvio [CVR: TBD], Tinbergens Allé 123, 9260 Gistrup, Denmark ("Coldvio", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Coldvio.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and use Coldvio for professional or business purposes. The platform is not intended for personal, family, or household use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscription and billing

• Free trialNew accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start.
• Paid plansAfter the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Plan features and pricing are published at coldvio.com/pricing.
• Billing cycleSubscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• CancellationYou may cancel at any time via account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• CreditsSome features consume AI credits included with your plan or purchased separately. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
• Price changesWe will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Coldvio to:

• Spam or unsolicited messagesSend bulk unsolicited messages or connection requests at a volume that violates LinkedIn's policies or applicable law.
• ImpersonationImpersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Illegal contentPublish, schedule, or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Abuse of the platformAttempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Coldvio's systems or APIs.
• CircumventionUse technical measures to bypass rate limits, credit systems, or access controls.

5. LinkedIn compliance

Coldvio integrates with LinkedIn via the official LinkedIn Marketing API and, for certain outreach actions, via a cloud browser session. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Coldvio complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and API Terms of Use.

Coldvio does not guarantee continued access to LinkedIn features, as LinkedIn may change or restrict API access at any time.

You acknowledge that certain automated actions — including connection requests and direct messages — are subject to LinkedIn's rate limits and policies. Exceeding those limits may result in your LinkedIn account being restricted.

6. Intellectual property

• Your contentYou retain full ownership of content you create, including your voice profile, post drafts, and any text you input. Coldvio claims no ownership over your content.
• AI-generated contentContent generated by Coldvio AI on your behalf is owned by you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publishing.
• Coldvio platformThe Coldvio platform, software, design, and brand are owned by Coldvio and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.

7. No AI training on your data

Coldvio does not use your voice profile, post drafts, messages, or other content to train public AI models. Content sent to third-party LLM providers for generation purposes is subject to those providers' terms — we select providers who offer data-isolation commitments (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Coldvio may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coldvio's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Coldvio in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Coldvio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time via account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform, or if required by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your access ends and your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with Aalborg as the venue of first instance.

If you are a consumer in another EU member state, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may also apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
